Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data www.iibsofy.com processes and what happens to what you send us by email or tell us on the phone: why it is processed and for how long. The site has no user accounts, no shop and takes no payments.

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we process what you give us: your name, email address, message, the topic you chose and, if you add them, your company and phone number.

• Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to send a quote.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• How it travels: the message is emailed to info@iibsofy.com through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) and kept in our email service (Google Workspace). The site does not store form data in a database or in its logs.
• Retention: we keep a message only while the conversation continues and we need it to reply. If no conversation follows, we delete the message straight away.

Email and phone

When you email or call us, we process what you give us: your name, your email address or phone number, and what you tell us about your enquiry.

• Purpose and legal basis: the same as for the contact form, to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to send a quote (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Where it is kept: emails are kept in our email service (Google Workspace).
• Retention: emails are kept like form messages. We do not record calls or keep notes of them.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) loads only if you accept it in the site's cookie notice. It stores cookies that show us, in aggregate, which pages are read and where visitors come from. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page. The cookies are listed on the cookies page.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., USA) measure page use and loading speed without cookies. They store nothing on your device and do not identify you; visitors are told apart by a value derived from the request, which is discarded within 24 hours. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and fast.

Hosting

The site runs on Vercel's servers. Like any web server, they process technical request data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the service.

Transfers outside the EU

Resend and Vercel process data mainly in the United States, and Google may transfer Analytics and email service data there. These transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses; Resend is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell data

We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone other than the service providers above, who process it on our behalf.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, such as the pages of the products we show and the App Store and Google Play. They have their own privacy policies, and this notice does not cover them. Read them before you give your data on another site.

Your rights

You have the right to

• know what data we process about you and get a copy of it
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data erased or its processing restricted
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• withdraw your consent to analytics at any time.

Send requests to info@iibsofy.com. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).

We update this notice when the site changes how it works. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
